Service Requests
Restoration Relay, operated by Caveni, connects consumers with independent restoration providers. We do not perform the restoration work. Providers pay for qualified leads. Submitting or confirming a request does not guarantee a match, quote, visit, or appointment. Agree on availability, scope, price, and timing directly with your provider.
Your Responsibilities
You must be an adult, control the phone number submitted, and be authorized to request work at the property. Describe damage and access accurately. Do not submit requests for others without permission or use the service for abuse or unlawful activity.
Text Messages
After separate SMS consent, Restoration Relay sends request-verification and confirmation messages. Replying YES confirms your request for provider matching, not a restoration price or appointment. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Email hello@restorationrelay.com for help without texts.
Shared Sender and Delivery
Restoration Relay and The Junk Network use a shared Caveni phone number. STOP stops messages from that number across both services. START permits new texts but does not confirm a request or restore a canceled request. SMS delivery depends on your carrier; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Emergency Situations
This is not an emergency dispatch service. Contact emergency services for immediate danger. Availability, coverage, and request acceptance may change. No insurance reimbursement or response time is promised.
