Confirm by Replying YES
Restoration Relay, operated by Caveni, sends a confirmation text after you submit a request and separately agree to texts. Reply YES within 24 hours to confirm your request for matching. No website code is needed. Confirmation does not book a visit or agree to a price.
Your Choice
SMS consent is collected through an unchecked checkbox on the request form. It covers request-verification and confirmation texts. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. For help without texts, email hello@restorationrelay.com.
STOP and HELP
Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for support. The shared Caveni number is +1 855 933 4589 and is used by Restoration Relay and The Junk Network. STOP applies across both services on that number. A separate request and consent are required for each brand.
